3. Formation & Aging: Each unit undergoes a controlled formation process to stabilize performance. This is followed by an aging period where parameters like capacitance, internal resistance (ESR), and leakage current are meticulously measured.
4. Final Performance Testing: 100% of products are subjected to a comprehensive final test. This includes:
Electrical Tests: Rated capacitance, ESR, voltage hold, and self-discharge rate verification.
Safety & Reliability Tests: Destructive and non-destructive tests, such as high-temperature exposure, cycle life testing, and surge voltage checks, are conducted on statistical batches.
5. Traceability & Documentation: Every super capacitor is laser-marked with a unique ID, ensuring full traceability of materials and production data throughout its lifecycle.
